Paul is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of expertise in the telecommunications industry. Throughout his dynamic career, Paul has held key roles in multinational companies, demonstrating his proficiency in sales and marketing, operations management, and technical support.
With a strategic focus on emerging markets, Paul has worked extensively in ASEAN countries and the South Asian subcontinent, collaborating with multiple mobile network operators in these regions. He has been instrumental in expanding market presence and driving growth.
Paul’s professionalism shines through in his adept handling of key customer engagements, commercial negotiations, and project management. His strategic approach and keen understanding of the telecommunications landscape has consistently contributed to successful outcomes in complex and dynamic environments.
Paul earned his Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Xi’Dian University, laying foundation for his technical expertise. Complementing this, he holds an MBA degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, further enhancing his strategic and managerial capabilities.

He previously managed a listed media group in Thailand with regional interests in media, information technology and telecommunication infrastructure.
Louis Nguyen - Chief Executive Officer, Asia Tower Infrastructure Vietnam
With over 15 years of experience in providing services to mobile network operators spanning from Asia to South America and sub-Saharan Africa, Louis advises our team on civil engineering and technical aspects of our tower rollout. His vast exposure to different geographies and terrain has given him the insight into the most optimal tower design. Louis is responsible for new market development for our tower leasing business.

Masa is a highly driven personnel having held leadership roles for over 16 years in sustainable energy projects with experience energy storage, e.g. metal air batteries, and other sustainable energy technologies such as hybrid energy management systems and on-demand hydrogen generation. Masa is responsible for all business development activities at our sustainable energy business unit.
Josephine Song - Corporate Secretary
Josephine has been our corporate secretary for our group companies since our inception. With over 20 years of experience in accounting, regulatory compliance and human resource management, she is responsible for all regulatory compliance matters within our group.
